Vingroup Big Data Institute (VinBigdata) was established by Vingroup in August 2018, aiming to conduct high-impact research on important areas of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The institute promotes fundamental research as well as investigating novel and highly-applicable technologies. VinBigdata is seeking experienced applicants for the position of Senior Business Analyst as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects to develop and implement technology solutions such as AI platform, Natural Language Processing, Speech Processing, Virtual Assistant, Automated Switchboard.
• Survey, collect and analyze data to build prototype and SRS documents which describe professional requirements based on market demands or product orientation.
• Research and optimize the actual users’ business processes and regulations.
• Research and propose new features for software based on actual needs.
• Manage required changes and analyze the effect of the changes on the system, then propose suitable adjustment solutions.
• Work in Scrum environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related majors.
• 2 years of experience in the related job positions.
• Knowledge in AI, Natural Language Processing, Speech Processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in systems analysis and process design.
• Be customer-oriented and have ability to analyse and evaluate from customers’ perspective.
• Analyze and evaluate product features to feedback to the team.
• Meticulousness and strong logical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good English skills.
