VinBigData Joint Stock Company was established in September 2021 as the result of Vingroup Big Data Institute’s scientific research achievements in Artificial Intelligence (especially in imaging analysis and language processing). Our overarching vision is to become a technology company which provides world-class technology products and platform solutions based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance as follow:

Responsibilities

• Build Quality Process Management system for the company, focus on Agility and high standard of Product Quality (including AI product/solutions and traditional ones).
• Audit the process compliance, regular update the process compliance of various product development projects
  • Consult and guide project teams in defining/developing processes, procedure, guideline, templates, and checklist.
  • Provide training and guidance to project members in process implementation.
  • Report the non-conformity, issues or detected defects in process compliance audit/product review, follow and track correction plan till closure.
• Audit the products/solutions developed to ensure their fit-for-purpose and satisfaction of organization requirements in accordance with management system such as:
  • Conduct inspection for deliverables based on defined final inspection checklist.
  • Report the issues or detected defects in product verification to higher level of QA and PM.
  • Follow-up and track correction plan till ultimate closure.
  • Reporting in timely manner to BOM to ensure the problems are foreseen.
• Establish measurement & analysis system to measure performance of development activities.
• Provide the On-job training for Junior QA if has.
• Work without supervision across various projects/products (sizing of 50 to 80 members).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Quality Management or Process Management major.
• Have excellent Quality mindset.
• At least 03 year of experiences in Process Quality Assurance in Product/Software Development environment.
• Knowledge of ISO, CMMI and other quality frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM is a MUST, worked with AI/Bigdata is a bonus point.
• Problem-solving skill, stakeholder management, communication skill, and can work under high pressure.
