VinBigData Joint Stock Company was established in September 2021 as the result of Vingroup Big Data Institute’s scientific research achievements in Artificial Intelligence (especially in imaging analysis and language processing). We are currently looking for a Senior Presales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role as presales specialist / solution architect while developing in-depth knowledge & insights to customers of all products and solutions.
• Expected to do technical pre-sales support, presentations, demos, prepare business cases, RFP responses, proposals, architectural design for sales team.
• Works closely with clients and prospects to understand/interpret technology requirements and collaboratively design, recommend, and document individual technology solutions.
• Interact with prospects up to C- level and build rapport through solution selling based on the big picture to satisfy their requirements.
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Requirements

• Over 8 years’ experience in Architect or Presales using emerging technologies in various business domains
• Knowledgeable on technological enterprise solutions architecture, technical architecture and product architecture.
  Familiar with Microservices, Enterprise Service Bus, Domain-driven Design, SOA or other similar expertise.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions related to Big Data/AI/ML on-premises or in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with common enterprise services (Hadoop, Apache tools, Docker, Networking, etc….), products (Cloudera, DataBricks, TensorFlow, etc…)
• Experience with Big Data technologies, including Spark, Data Science, Data Engineering, Hadoop, Cassandra, and others.
• Strong business-oriented mindset, understanding best practices of UX in various domains
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical problems
• Prior experience in vendor/consulting environment, strong client facing experience
• Independent player and team working spirit
