We are currently looking for Quality Control Lead to join Voice Assistant Center as follows:

Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Lead you will be responsible for developing automated testing frameworks; identifying and analyzing defects; producing test scripts; carrying out regression testing; and documenting for findings in AI products:

• Manage QC team.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate technology deficiencies in developing systems including client software, backend and data management systems.
• Perform QA processes and systems for product delivery.
• Prepare, update and maintain test documentation including test scripts, diagrams and examples.
• Test and follow up re-test of deficiencies and issues via JIRA as workflow actions.
• Perform software validation and complete the test script
• Document the evidence of testing to ensure the product is acceptable as per specifications.
• Design and implement automation test framework.
• Collaborate with other business stakeholders to create and update relevant documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree qualified or relevant professional qualification and testing (manual/automated) experience
• 3+ years experience in manual testing and test automation for web applications
• 2+ years experience as a QC/QA lead.
• Experience using JIRA
• Good understanding of AI concepts preferred
• Excellent technical, organizational, analytical and documentation skills
• Testing, analytical, problem-solving abilities are your strengths.
• Able to be flexible and assist in other areas where needed
• Understanding of defect life cycle and development lifecycle
