We are looking for a Genetic Conselor for a genomics & digital health start-up founded by Vingroup & VinBigData. Objectives

Provide high-quality genetic consultation for customers, improve customer experience and genetic report quality.

Job duties

Report review and quality enhancement

• Review reports content before sending out to customers
• Provide key highlights and add customization note where necessary to personalize
  reports
• Write report contents if required

Consultation

• Investigate genetic reports, highlight key points and provide customization contents for customers
• Provide consultation for customers per request (including but not limited to health risk related reports), handle customers’ enquiries and gather feedbacks and distribute to related PIC
• Go the extra mile to enhance customers’ experience by providing actionable, customized and useful insights from genetic reports
• Follow-up customer after receiving genetic reports to cross sales and up sales

Standardization & Training

• Build up and standardize contents & materials used for consulting
• Design a standard consulting session for VIP and other customers
• Perform training sections to potential partners and partners
• Develop training curriculum/programs for customer service teams
• Comfortable being a speaker in company events to pitch for corporate as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Nutrition/ Medicine/ Pharmaceutical/Education/ Psychology at minimum.
• Medical Doctor (MD) degree is preferred.
• Good communication & people skills.

• Excellent communication skill & and can-do attitude.
