VinBigData Joint Stock Company was established in September 2021 as the result of Vingroup Big Data Institute’s scientific research achievements in Artificial Intelligence (especially in imaging analysis and language processing). Our overarching vision is to become a technology company which provides world-class technology products and platform solutions based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst who will support the managers for all business functions related to AI software. The candidate must be willing to operate across functional teams to leverage the best of capabilities available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys, collect requirements and scope from customers, evaluate the feasibility and impact of requirements
• Analyzing requirements, modeling business processes, building business documents (Requirement Analysis, Specification Requirement), design prototype (Mockup) for products
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Manage change requests in products
• Reviewing and evaluating product before handing over to customers.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years the experience in the same field
• Knowledge of IT: Software structure, system analysis and design, database
• Skills: Planning, positioning strategy, negotiation, presentation skills, customer persuasion.
• Have good thinking in systems analysis, logic, reasoning skills and critical thinking.

Qualifications:

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible, able to work under high pressure
• Experience in working as a business technology for systems of AI solution, machine learning… or have experience in software testing.
• Fluency (writing and speaking) in English, TOEIC certificate >= 800 or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
