Objectives
Provide high-quality, personalized solutions for users from genetic insights.
Job duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing scientific contents including reports, personalized recommendation and related trait mapping for users.
- Act as a content quality checkpoint before sending final reports to users
- Actively support teams in handling customer feedbacks regarding scientific contents
- Act as consultant and collaborate with product marketing team to generate suitable contents for marketing purposes
- Flexible to take the role of counselor/coach for VIP customers when necessary
Requirements
- Education backgrounds: Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology, Neurosis, Nutrition, Cardiologist, Genetics, Pedagogy, Sport Doctor, Biotechnology.
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to behavioral science; child development; nutrition; health and fitness coaching.
- Excellent communication skill, analytical skill and can-do attitude
