Objectives
As an HR lead, you will deeply understand how the company operates, the business, the strategy and the people dynamics. You will use this insight and knowledge to partner with business leaders to build and drive a robust HR department and function that enables the business and the people to achieve ambitious goals. You are able to build credible and respectful relationships with employees of all levels.
Job duties
- Structural benchmarking of roles and salaries;
- Build & promote a healthy & risk-taking technology start-up culture.
- Ensure full compliance with employee legislation;
- Define and execute standard process regarding payroll/tax/audits/compensation/performance evaluation with full compliance;
- Define and execute standard process regarding recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the HR functions;
- Optimize employee processes and create a best-in-class employee experience;
Requirements
- You must have 3-5 years of experience in HRM (Human Resources, Compensation, Evaluation) or have equivalent experience.
- Experience in HRM for both large companies and startups is preferred.
- Good communication & people skills.
